Our Classic Hot Chocolate is made with exceptionally high-quality Extra Brute cocoa powder, cane sugar and your choice of milk.

It's rich and robust without being overly sweet, allowing the deep flavour of the cocoa to shine.

For a sweeter cup, add pure maple syrup or cane sugar to taste.

Our everyday Matcha Lattes are made with carefully selected matcha from Banff Tea Co., a local Bow Valley tea company.

For our upcoming Matcha Flights & Tastings, we use a separate organic ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha sourced through a specialist Calgary supplier known for importing exceptional, high-grade matcha.

Our ceremonial cacao is made with organic ceremonial-grade Guatemalan cacao from Golden Heart Cacao, a Canadian cacao company we are proud to work with.

Rich, earthy and naturally chocolatey, ceremonial cacao offers a completely different experience from traditional hot chocolate.

Enjoy it warm in the shop, or take Golden Heart Cacao blocks home with you.

Our coffee comes from Banff Roasting Company, a local Bow Valley roaster.

We serve it cold-brew style, with a hot option available as well.

We're a locally owned Canadian chocolate business, creating a place where visitors and locals can explore chocolate in all its forms — from handcrafted Belgian chocolates and truffles to drinking chocolate, cacao and seasonal creations.
