Duration:

About this experience

Experience 8 single origin and specialty chocolates from regions such as Madagascar, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, and West Africa. Each chocolate is carefully roasted or fermented (Yes! All chocolate is fermented) to highlight the unique flavors of beans sourced from single origin plantations.

Our tasting not only explores these exceptional flavor profiles but also delves into the chocolate-making process, including cultivation, fermentation, roasting, and the distinctions between French and Belgian techniques. We’ll also discuss the ethical practices of companies dedicated to high-quality, fairly produced cocoa.

These exclusive chocolates are among the finest in the world, typically reserved for upscale dining and pastry chefs. I am passionate about sharing them for community education through taste, showcasing what chocolate can truly be.

As the primary chocolatier and business owner, I personally host each tasting in our luxury Canadian chocolate shop, set against the stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains.

The tasting cost is $20.00 per guest. Please inform our team of any allergies upon booking.

Booking cut off is at 8am, the morning of the tasting session.

Book in for a chocolate tasting, lasting approximately 45 minutes (may extend slightly based on group size and questions). We offer these events most Saturday mornings at 9am, or Friday evenings starting at 4:30pm. Private groups can email to request specific dates.
