This luxury chocolate tasting in Canada featured six entirely new recipes, each handcrafted with Alberta-grown ingredients and Canadian flavours—from juniper berry chocolate and maple syrup chocolate truffles to wild foraged Alberta ingredients chocolate. Presented in a fully edible chocolate box adorned with a hand-painted Three Sisters Mountain chocolate art lid, the tasting was a true celebration of Canada’s culinary heritage.
