At the recent G7 Summit, Le Chocolatier was honoured to host an exclusive Canadian chocolate tasting event at the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge for the spouses of the world leaders. This luxury chocolate tasting in Canada featured six entirely new recipes, each handcrafted with Alberta-grown ingredients and Canadian flavours—from juniper berry chocolate and maple syrup chocolate truffles to wild foraged Alberta ingredients chocolate. Presented in a fully edible chocolate box adorned with a hand-painted Three Sisters Mountain chocolate art lid, the tasting was a true celebration of Canada’s culinary heritage.
