Yes! We’re a proudly Canadian-founded (EST 2003), women-owned business based in Canmore, Alberta. Every product is handcrafted and packaged right here in Canada.
Belgian chocolate is known for its high cocoa content, silky texture, and commitment to traditional techniques. We use ethically sourced Belgian couverture for every chocolate we make in our Canmore kitchen.
Single-origin chocolate is made from cacao beans sourced from one specific region or farm, offering unique flavour notes based on the terroir. Our tasting experiences showcase this beautifully.
Yes! We offer custom gift boxes for individuals and corporate clients. Choose your favorite bonbons, truffles, or bars and we’ll wrap it beautifully.
No. Our chocolates are not a mass-manufactured product. Our chocolates are preservative-free and contain only the freshest "real food" ingredients. Shelf life varies per chocolate product. Consume solid (un-filled) chocolates within 3 months from purchase date for optimum freshness, 1 year best before. Truffles: 1 month optimum freshness/consumption period. Best before is 2 months when stored under refrigeration.
We make a sugar-free chocolate bar, Mountain Secret, available in milk or dark chocolate that is sweetened with maltitol. Our dark chocolate is naturally dairy free, vegan, kosher, non-GMO, fair trade. Our pure milk chocolate is non-GMO, kosher, fair trade. Although our chocolate does not naturally contain gluten, many of the added ingredients used in our chocolate creations contain dairy, nuts and/or gluten. Our facility is not gluten-free or nut-free, and although we have chocolate products created without nuts or added gluten, it is present in our manufacturing space. Consumer discretion is advised.
If you are in the neighbourhood of our Canmore, Alberta store, pop in and have a sample-sized chocolate wafer on us. This will let you savour our pure milk, pure dark or pure white chocolate base.
We ship chocolate gifts and products across Canada year-round. Local pickup is also available from our Canmore location. Order online.
