Whether you’re hosting a wedding, corporate event, birthday party, or special celebration, a chocolate fountain adds a touch of elegance and delicious interactive fun that your guests will love. 


Important Rental Information

  • Self-Service Only – We do not offer full-service rentals. Customers are responsible for setup, operation, and cleaning. The fountain must be returned clean. In some cases you may be hosting your event with a hotel or conference centre, they will often aid in setup, take down and cleaning - but you must confirm this with them if that is the case.

  • Dipping Items – For groups under 30 people, we can provide dipping selections with ample notice and for an added cost. For larger group numbers you may enquire about having this service added but we cannot guarantee we will be able to due to our being a chocolate shop and not a full service kitchen/caterer - typical options: fruit, marshmallows, pound cake, brownies, or other dipping ingredients. 

  • Premium Belgian Chocolate – We use only the finest Pure Belgian couverture chocolate for a rich, smooth flow and exceptional taste. Nothing added.

  • Easy-to-Use Equipment – Our fountains are simple to operate, and we provide detailed instructions for a seamless experience. They are stainless steel and have an elegant look, appropriate for any event.


How It Works

  1. Your Fountain – Choose the fountain size based on the number of guests in your party and chocolate type (milk 35%, dark 56%, dark 74% or white chocolate).

  2. Pick Up & Setup – Pick up from our location and set up the fountain at your event using our provided instructions.

  3. Enjoy the Experience – Let your guests dip and indulge in a decadent chocolate experience.

  4. Return the Fountain Clean – The fountain must be cleaned before returning.


Costs

  1. Quantity of Guests – On average the fountain costs $9.00 per guest ($12.00 per guest for white or 74% chocolate). 100g of chocolate is our standard value, how much each person attending will eat, when we estimate how much chocolate you will need.

  2. Deposit – Pay the $100 damage deposit to hold your order of the fountain.

  3. Invoice – Once we have confirmed numbers and all details with you, the invoice will need to be paid prior to pick up of the fountain.

  4. Damage/cleaning Deposit – The fountain must be cleaned before it is returned to us. We will test it upon return, to ensure it is in the same working condition as when it was supplied to the renter. If it is not cleaned, we will keep $25.00 of the deposit, returning $75.00 to you. If there is damage to the machine we will keep up to the full deposit ($100.00) to cover any necessary costs of repair or replacement of parts.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Do you offer delivery and setup?
Our renters are always encouraged to pick-up. Customers are responsible for picking up the fountain, setting it up, and returning it cleaned. We can offer local delivery but this is not always possible.

2. How much chocolate do I need for the fountain?
It depends on the fountain size and number of guests. On average:

  • Small Fountain: 2.5-3 kg of chocolate (serves ~25 people)

  • Medium Fountain: 5-6 kg of chocolate (serves ~50 people)

  • Large Fountain: 10-12 kg of chocolate (serves 100+ people)

We tailor the quantity of chocolate to your exact group size, the above numbers are to provide an example only. 37 people = 3.7kg chocolate, we would recommend 4kg if you felt that your group would need it.

3. Can I use my own chocolate?
No, our fountains require high-quality couverture chocolate to flow properly. We supply the chocolate to ensure the best experience as well as to ensure no allergens are introduced to our fountains from foreign chocolate varieties/sources.

4. Do you provide dipping ingredients?
No, this is an additional service - we do not typically supply dipping ingredients. However, for groups under 30 people, we can provide dipping selections for an additional cost with ample notice.

5. How do I clean the fountain?
Before returning the fountain, it must be completely cleaned. We provide cleaning instructions with your rental. A cleaning fee will apply if the fountain is returned dirty, or with any hard/set chocolate on it.

6. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially for peak seasons like holidays and wedding season. But, we can accommodate last minute requests up to 24 hours before.

7. What happens if the fountain malfunctions?
This has not happened. Our fountains are tested before each rental to ensure they are in working condition and recorded as such. If you experience issues, notify us immediately. Misuse of the fountain may result in damage. If the fountain has damage upon return you will lose your deposit.

8. Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our fountains need a minimum of 2.5kg of chocolate to run.
